Cover Supervisor - Extended Fixed Term until 31 August 2026

Are you passionate about education and dedicated to making a positive impact on young people’s lives?

The team at The Snaith School are looking for an individual to work as a Cover Supervisor over the next two school years, who will play a vital role in supporting our students by ensuring they are provided with high quality teaching and learning or targeted support when a member of staff is absent or unavailable.

The working hours are from 08:30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 13 hours per year, to attend training and development outside your normal working hours, on our September training day and the Trust training day in the spring term.  Your actual salary will be between £19,936 - £23,439 per annum depending on experience, and this will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.

If you are interested in working on a part time basis, please get in touch and we will be happy to explore this further with you.
