Casual Pastoral Support Officer

We are looking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Officer on a casual basis. The hourly rate is £14.13.  Responsibilities include: provide support and supervision of pupils with Emotional, Behavioural Learning Difficulties; working with line managers to implement and supervise individualised work programmes for vulnerable pupils; liaising with external agencies; safeguarding; behaviour management.

What we are looking for?

  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), grade C and a recognised appropriate qualification at diploma level or above
  • Experience of working with children with ESBD (Emotional, Challenging and Behavioural difficulties)
  • Good level of IT Skills inc Microsoft Office
