Beverley Minster C of E Primary School are looking for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children to join our friendly and dedicated team of Teaching Assistants who play a vital role in supporting and assisting the teaching, learning and care of children within our school.
The working hours are from 08:30am to 3:30pm Mondays and Fridays during the school term. Your actual salary will be £6,729.52 per annum (£12.85 p/h), and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. This role is term - time only and is fixed-term until August 2026.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual who is compassionate, engaging, versatile and committed to ensuring every individual child receives the care, support and guidance they need to thrive and be the best they can be.
The successful applicant will have good literacy and numeracy skills, a level 2, TA qualification (or willingness to work towards) and the ability to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
We welcome applications from candidates that hold either the HLTA qualification or QTS as it would be desirable (although not essential) for the successful candidate to provide cover in the absence of the class teacher. In this event, additional payments will be made.
