After School Club Assistant

With support and direction from the After School Club Lead, you will supervise pupils during our after-school club, The Den. 

Commencing as soon as possible, this is a permanent position for 13 hours 20 minutes per week.  The working hours are 3:20pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday during the school term.  Your actual salary is £7,458.55 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.

What we are looking for 

We are looking for an individual who is engaging and versatile. You will be committed to ensuring every individual child receives the care, support and guidance they need to thrive and be the best they can be.

We are also looking for the following 

  • Willingness to support our core Christian ethos
  • Experience of working with groups of children
  • A basic understanding of food hygiene and a willingness to undergo training
  • Pediatric first aid qualification or willingness to undertake
