The team at The Snaith School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Primary School Teacher to work with pupils across both Key Stages, primarily KS3. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils' progress and confidence as they transition from primary to secondary education.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing core literacy and numeracy skills, including phonics, and will contribute actively to the delivery of our whole-school intervention programme. In addition, they will take on teaching responsibilities for Year 7 class, supporting younger learners in building a strong academic foundation.

Starting in September 2025, fixed term until 31 August 2026, the role is up to full time and will be paid on TEAL’s qualified teachers pay scale (points 1 to 9). If you are interested in working on a part time basis, please get in touch as we would be happy to explore this further with you.

You must hold Qualified Teacher Status and have knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of effective teaching and learning, monitoring/ assessment and evaluation.
