School Business Manager (INTERNAL ONLY)

We are looking for an organised and detail orientated individual to join the team at Beverley Minster CE Primary School as a School Business Manager who will play a key role in ensuring the effective operational management of the business functions of the school in conjunction with the Headteacher, School SLT and TEAL’s School Support Team. 

The actual working hours are up to 25 hours per week and a mutually agreeable work pattern will be discussed with the successful candidate. This is a term time only role, however you will also be paid for an additional 25 hours per year, which will enable you to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside your normal working hours.  Your actual salary will be £18,746 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who has 

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A good eye for detail
  • A good standard of education including a relevant level 3 qualification (A-Level equivalent) and literacy and numeracy at level 2 (GCSE grade C/4 equivalent).
  • Excellent ICT skills
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment in a multi-faceted role
