HR Advisor (School Support Team) - INTERNAL ONLY

We have an exciting opportunity open to internal candidates, who have previous experience as an HR Professional, to join TEAL's school support HR team working as an HR Advisor.

The salary of £35,235 is based on a full-time, throughout the year position, however, if you are interested in working on a part time basis and/or term-time basis this can also be accommodated.

To be considered for this role you must hold a minimum of a CIPD L5 qualification (or equivalent) and have previous experience of managing (investigating and resolving) sensitive employee relations issues.
