Receptionist

We are looking for an organised and detail orientated individual to join the team at The Hub School in Welton as a Receptionist / Clerical Assistant who will play a key role in providing comprehensive and effective Reception cover and customer service support for our School.

The working hours are from 08:30am to 15:30pm Monday to Friday Term time only.  You will also be paid for an additional 32.5 hours per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. If you are interested in working on a part time basis, please get in touch and we are happy to explore this further with you.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who has 

• Excellent organisational skills
• A good eye for detail as well as
• A good standard of education including literacy and numeracy at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent,
• Excellent ICT skills
• Experience of working in a busy office environment in an administrative role
