We have an exciting opportunity at The Hub School for the position of School Development Lead/Classroom Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference, to be a positive and enthusiastic influence on leading a significant aspect of the school and contribute to whole school development.
The School Development leader will further strengthen our Extended Leadership Team in order to ensure we can continue to raise standards across the school.
The role is up to full-time and will be paid on TEAL’s Qualified Teacher Payscale 1-9 (points 1 £31,916 to 9 £51,048) plus SEN Allowance £2,787/TLR2A £3,527

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about inclusion and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. You must hold Qualified Teacher Status and have knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of effective teaching and learning, monitoring/ assessment and evaluation.
