We’re looking for a People Services Administrator to join our central school support team on a job share arrangement.
The sucessful candidate will be responsible for delivering a people focused service to colleagues whilst ensuring our payroll, pension and people administration processes run smoothly.

The role will be based at our Teacher Development Centre in Melton, near Brough in the East
The working hours are up to 22.5 hours per week, year-round. We also welcome applications from those seeking fewer hours and/or term time only working arrangements.
The actual annual salary upon appointment with TEAL will be £17,113.38per annum (based on 22.5 hours per week, year-round).

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an organised and proactive administrator with a strong interest in people services.
You’ll have:
Experience in a similar role is desirable as is prior experience of the education sector, but these are not essential requirements, as training will be provided.
Our ideal candidate will be deeply committed to the values in our ethical behaviour charter as outlined in the Job Description.
