At The Hub School we are seeking a proactive and dedicated Attendance Manager to play a key role in improving pupil attendance and engagement across the school. This role is vital in promoting a positive culture of attendance and ensuring the school meets statutory attendance requirements. As an Attendance Manager you will manage the schools attendance direction and support in working with pupils and their families, as well as other professionals, to promote high levels of attendance and reduce pupil absence. This role is temporary to cover maternity leave and to start November 2026.
The working hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:00pm Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 37 hours per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be £28,596 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, Attendance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing student attendance across our school.
The successful applicant will have a good standard of education, including literacy and numeracy skills. Relevant level 3 qualification or above.
