We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Team as a HR Advisor at South Hunsley School. Working closely with a friendly, caring team, you will provide a high-quality and effective service across the full spectrum of HR related activities including the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new staff, employee records management, employee relations, learning and professional development and the offboarding of staff leaving TEAL.
The working hours are negotiable, up to 14.5 hours per week. The preferred working pattern for this position is Tuesday and Friday as the current post holder works the remaining days of the week. We are, however, happy to explore other part-time working arrangements with you, such as term time only working. The salary will be up to a maximum of £14,250.36 per annum, however this will vary based on the actual hours and individual working arrangements that are agreed. Salaries are paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. What are looking for?
You will be an experienced and qualified HR professional with experience of managing employee relations casework. With up-to-date knowledge of employment law, you will be solution-focused, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced, stakeholder focused environment.
